Here's what happens when you call:

1. The representative will determine if it is an emergency.

2. If it's not an emergency, a message will be taken and your information will be sent to the appropriate United Water Works representative.

3. If it is an emergency, they will determine which branch needs to be contacted based on your location.

4. A call will be made to every contact at the branch list until they receive an answer.

5. You will have the option to remain on hold while the operator makes contact with the branch, or to provide the operator with your contact information and when the branch is reached, they will reach out.

This is just another way United Water Works, Inc. is putting customers first. We know our customers demand more, and we've answered the call.
